Jack Daniel’s is a brand of sour mash Tennessee whiskey that is the highest selling American whiskey in the world. Jack Daniel’s whiskey is aged in charred white oak barrels, and for the Jack Daniel’s whiskey to be considered bourbon, the barrels can only be used once for the aging process.
