–  Items can be returned for exchange or refund the purchase price after item is returned.
– Shipping charges are refundable for damaged item returns.
– Buyer’s remorse is not a valid return for damaged items.
– Returns/Exchanges must be initiated within two weeks of delivery. 

– Item must be unused and resalable.
– Items may be returned for full purchase price in store credit.
– Cash/Credit Card/PayPal/Venmo refunds will incur a 20% restocking fee.
– Shipping charges to and from Hardin Penworks are non-refundable for these item returns.
– Credit/refunds will be issued within 5 business days of receipt of item.
– Return items must ship with tracking at purchaser’s expense.
– COAs returned damaged will not be refunded.
